We primarily serve customers in the United States and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Standard Shipping (USA): 7-15 business days.

    Standard Shipping (Australia): 8-15 business days.

    Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (if applicable).

    Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or international logistics issues.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package via our website or global tracking services.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    Lottaini is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages

    Missing Items
    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to us within 7 days of the “delivery” date.
